Safety rules flouted in Carlton Towers : Fire brigade

Bangalore, Feb 25 Two days after a fire left nine persons dead at the Carlton Towers here, fire brigade officials today said that several rules relating to safety standards were violated in the commercial complex making rescue operations difficult.
